Occupancy
The lodge can accommodate around 100 day guests and 32 overnight guest (8 rooms, 4 people/room)
The one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 overnight guests (1 queen bed, 2 full size futons)
A limited number of roll-a-way beds are available upon request for additional guests.
Group Day Use
Monday - Thursday $250.00
Includes use of the Gathering Room, Dining Room, Game Room, two public restrooms and use of exterior grounds
Meal Pricing
Prices are per person
Continental Breakfast: $5.50
Full Breakfast: $6.50
Lunch: $7.50
Dinner: $8.50
Snack: $25.00 for entire group
Coffee, hot tea and ice tea are provided as a complimentary service.
Canned sodas are available for .50 cents each.
Current tax rate of 5.5% will be applied
Retreats
Rooms accommodate up to 4 people. Nightly room rates for retreats (per person) $25.00 (Groups of less than 15 people would be required to pay the minimum occupancy rate of 15 beds multiplied by the number of nights guests are staying. ($375.00 per night) + 5.5% tax

Weddings/Reunions
Use of facility, including one bedroom apartment
- from 2 pm on Friday until 2pm Sunday - $1,200
- Use of Commercial kitchen is an additional $100.00 (Friday -Sunday), and
$25 each day thereafter. Current tax rate of 5.5% will be applied
At this time the Retreat Center does not cater weddings,
but we will be more then happy to recommend local caterers.
Discounted package rate for weddings and reunions:
3 nights - $1,500
4 nights - $1,800
5 nights - $2,100
6 nights - $2,400
7 nights - $2,700
Current tax rate is 5.5% will be applied
There is limited room for self contained campers and/or tents:
Campers: $20.00 a night
Tents: $10.00 a night
Sturgis Rally Rates
Bedroom (up to 4 guests) $100.00 a night
One bedroom apartment (1 queen bed, 2 full size futons) for $150.00 a night
Breakfast is included in the price of lodging. Covered parking is available for bikes.
Entire facility may be rented for $6,000.00 (7 days).
Current tax rate of 5.5% will be applied
Payment Policy
At this time One Spirit Retreat Center is unable to accept credit cards. Please pay by personal check 14 days prior to your event, or by cashier's check at the beginning of your event.
A $250.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation and to serve as a damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to scheduled event or deposit will be forfeited.
